|We take payment at the time of order, not necessarily the time of despatch. The majority of our orders are processed through PayPal. In the event that you send your order via e-mail we will contact you to confirm your details and arrange alternative payment which may delay your order. Please note that general e-mail correspondence is not encrypted and is, therefore, not considered a secure means of sending credit card details. PayPal accept the following credit cards without the need for a PAYPAL account: Amex, Visa, Delta, Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard, Maestro, Switch and Solo. The Credit Card holder will be required to provide their registered address, which is used to validate the order with their chosen credit card company. Failure to provide the correct details will result in your order being held pending the supply of precise details.|

All Choxbox fresh cream truffles are made to order so as to ensure optimum freshness for our customersOrders are despatched within a minimum of 3 working days, excluding Saturday and Sunday as we don't want our fresh, perishable goods sitting in a distribution centre over the weekend
If you require a specific delivery date for your chocolates, please contact us and we will endeavour to fulfill your request.
Each order will be dispatched by first class recorded post within the UK and will cost £3.95pp per order. The United Kingdom is defined as the U.K. mainland, Northern Ireland , The Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. We do not deliver outside of these areas. We do not dispatch to addresses outside of the United Kingdom
Please ensure that there is someone available to accept delivery (or arrange for delivery to a work address) as a signature will be required upon receipt. Should delivery not be possible a card will be left for the recipient informing them how/where they can collect. It will then be the recipient's responsibility to acquire the goods. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available or if goods become unsuitable as a result.
We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect.
We regret that we cannot accept orders for delivery to a PO address or from persons placing an order whose own address contains a PO Box
|Our truffles have a short shelf life and are perishable therefore we can only accept cancellation prior to despatch of order. Once your order has been dispatched it will not be possible to accept cancellations. To cancel your order please email us at email@example.com or call us on the number below|
All our products are despatched in perfect condition, as we take great care in packing them. However, if any items are unfortunately damaged in transit by circumstances beyond our control, please notify us within 24hrs then return them to us at the address below. Once we have received the item (s), we will refund the full purchase cost of that item (s) or send out a replacement by return and refund any reasonable postage costs incurred.
|In the unlikely event that we cannot satisfy your order due to stock unavailability, we will contact you to offer an alternative. If you are not totally happy with the alternative your order can be cancelled at no charge|
